1-Big Pun will do a song without the aid of Fat Joe.

2-Mase, Jermaine DuPris and Puffy will rap about something other then how much money they have...Also Mase will stop skipping while performing on stage.

3-Artist like Canibus and Eminen will put out material that lives up to all the hype surrounding them.

4-Noreaga will do a song without saying 'What What'.. In fact that whole phrase will be permanently deleted from hip hop vernacular.

5-Rakim will do a live performance without lip synching

6-Some one from the No Limit Camp will do a song completely on their own without help of 10 other members.64 thousand dollars will be awarded to anyone who has heard a No Limit cut that didn't have folks other then the featured artists.

7-No rap artist will announce that they are retiring from the rap game only to pop up with a new video and a song.. ie Too Short, Jay-Z, LL , Master P etc..I don't like going to retirement parties for the same person twice.Hence that means if Tribe Called Quest has retired then I don't expect to hear from them ever again.

8-There will be no more 2Pac bootlegs and after death releases.. If there are some more 2Pac lps coming down the pipe take that as proof he's still alive and doing well..

9-No rap label will walk around sporting Death Row/ No Limit like medallions.. Unless of course employees of IBM, AT&T and other multi-national corporations start sporting medallions indicating their place of work.

10-No rap artist will indulge in movie making unless they are under the direct supervision of established film makers like Spike Lee, Jon Singleton, Steven Speilberg etc.. Should an artist decide to make a movie on his own he will take a year long course in script writing, character development and of course lighting...

11-Lauryn Hill will grace us with another dope ass album for '99 and provide us with continued hope that hip hop is alive...

12-No artist will perform with more then 3 people on stage at a time.. They will have a back up plan just in case the sound goes out.. No artist in '99 will yell to the crowd 'Turn It Up'..

13-No hip hop song will contain a sample of Scoop The Fatman or anyone sounding like him yelling at the top of his lungs 'Where al my niggas at or where all my bitches at'... Lets find a new phrase for '99..

14-No rap artist will be arrested for driving an expensive car while carrying a loaded weapon and smoking weed..Lets end this madness..

15-No rap artist will release a hit song and follow up with a wack album.. i.e. Lord Tariq and Peter Gunz, Method Man, Canibus, Silk The Shocker, Das Efx and Cappadonna to name a select few..
